Why this matters now

Recent breakthroughs in Agentic AI have opened doors to a wide range of possibilities for businesses to improve efficiency and profitability. AI agents do more than just talk to you like a chatbot. AI agents think, plan, and execute multi-step actions. They get work done.

This shift changes what AI can represent inside an organization. It is no longer just an assistant waiting for prompts. AI agents function as an active contributor.

But for an AI agent to be useful in a real business environment, it cannot operate in isolation. It must understand the organization it serves. They need the organization’s context, access its tools, and operate according to its processes and guidelines.

The Team and Momentum

Sahayata AI is currently in the pre-revenue stage, conducting alpha tests with early adopters that include insurance companies and education consultancies.

The team behind Sahayata AI is Symbiosis Solutions, a company driven by the mission to humanize the integration of AI across sectors. Symbiosis Solutions was founded by engineers who previously worked at Fusemachines, one of the early pioneers of AI education and engineering in Nepal.

Beyond building software, the team has also worked extensively in AI capacity building. Through workshops and training programs, they have trained 200+ teachers in AI literacy and created a curriculum to teach AI to middle-grade levels in local languages.

The team has also been supported by the local startup ecosystem. They have been mentored through the Otharo incubation program and collaborates with industry partners to enable access of their AI agents through chat apps that people already use such as WhatsApp and Viber.

Innovating something valuable requires more than just building a good product. It requires a deep understanding of the users needs, frameworks to model a business around the product, techniques to find your positioning, unique advantage and ability to scale.

That is why we joined the Seeding & Scaling Innovations program.

Through expert insights, mentorships and access to a strong network, we aim to accelerate the development of Sahayata AI and take it to the world stage.

Our goal is to work closely with real businesses, solve real operational problems, and continuously improve the platform through learning and iteration.

We see this program as an important stepping stone in building Sahayata AI into a scalable product that creates real impact across industries.

Investment to fuel our product development and help us scale the platform into a robust AI agent operating system for businesses.

Pilot partnerships with organizations willing to collaborate with us in deploying AI agents in real operational environments.
